Washington Police Search for Missing Man

UPDATE - We've learned more about the Washington man, reported missing last week, whose body was found in Iowa. Fairfield, Iowa police found a man they believe to be Christopher Freeman in a vacant home Sunday.
They say he broke into the house.
When police tried negotiating with him to come out, he did not respond.
Police report they went inside, but the man was already deceased.
No weapons were found and there's no evidence his death is suspicious.
The Iowa State Medical Examiner's Office will do the autopsy this week.
Freeman's family says he suffered from debilitating and potentially deadly medical conditions.
UPDATE-  A man reported missing last week has been found deceased. 

Christopher Freeman was found by Iowa's Fairfield Police Department Sunday.

He was last seen near elmwood last week.

WASHINGTON - Washington police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing man. The family of Christopher Freeman reported him missing on Wednesday, August 27th. His last known contact that day was near Elmwood.

He was driving a grey 2010 Toyota Tacoma with Illinois license 1379605-B. Freeman is without medication and suffers from debilitating/potentially fatal medical conditions.
