Washington Residents Use Faith to Help Rebuild Community

WASHINGTON - Three months have passed since tragedy struck Pekin, East Peoria, and Washington. The initial shock of the tornado damage has worn off for many, but the devastation still lingers.  In the middle of it all, that's where we found a group of people, choosing hope instead of heartache.  And, making the decision to let faith be the foundation of their new life.
