A Washington, Illinois woman was indicted Thursday in connection with the death of her mother. 42 year old Jennifer Levin is facing three counts of criminal neglect of an elderly person. The charges follow the investigation into the death of Levin's mother, Carole Levin, who was found dead last July inside their Washington home. Autopsy results confirm Carole Levin died from dehydration and starvation, allegedly as a result of neglect. The coroner says she hadn't seen a doctor in several years. Jennifer Levin is due in court April 3rd.
