West Virginia Driver Arrested in Knox County on Drug Charges

A West Virginia driver was held in the Knox County jail Thursday night after being charged with having about 145 pounds of marijuana during a traffic stop. Police say 68 year old David Joesph was stopped February 24th on I 74 by Galesburg Police. Authorities say they seized the large amount of pot. Joesph was charged with manufacture or delivery of marijuana and marijuana trafficking. He'll appear in court March 3rd.
