Widow of Hudson Fireman Files Lawsuit

The widow of a Hudson volunteer fireman is suing nine transportation companies a year after her husband's death. According to news partner WJBC Radio, Amie Brown is asking for $50,000 in the wrongful death suit after her husband Christopher Brown, who was also a full time Bloomington fireman, was killed in the spring of 2013. He was struck by a semi carrying vehicles on I 39 near Hudson. The driver of the semi from Washington state is serving a four year prison sentence for reckless homicide.
