Cooking with Karissa: Chicken and Noodles

3-4 Lbs. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (Fresh Or Frozen)
chicken Broth
1 Can Of Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 Can Of Cream Of Mushroom Soup
mushrooms (Optional)
2 Pkgs Reames Frozen Noodles

Boil chicken in enough broth to cover chicken by about 3 inches. Once chicken is cooked, cut chicken into bite sized cubes and put back in broth. Add cream soups and mushrooms. Simmer for at least 15 minutes. Add noodles and cook until done.
