Cooking with Karissa: Easy Restaurant Salsa

1 10 oz. can of rotel
1 can of peeled diced tomatoes
jalepeno
onion
garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lime juice
fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. cumin

In a food processor, pulse onion, garlic, and jalepno until finely chopped. Drain both cans of tomatoes and put in food processor with seasonings, lime juice, and cilantro. Pulse until desired consistency, careful not to over process. Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly.
