Cooking with Karissa: Sweet and Spicy Biscuit Casserole

1 can buttermilk biscuits
1 c chopped ham
1/2 jalepeno pepper, finely chopped
1/2 can of crushed pineapple
1 c shredded mozzarella
1 c shredded cheddar
6 eggs
3/4 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste

Cut biscuits into six to eight pieces place in a grease 8x8 pan. Sprinkle chopped ham, jalepeno, and pineapple evenly over biscuits. Beat eggs and add milk,salt and pepper. Pour over biscuits. Sprinkle both shredded cheeses over the top and bake in 8x8" pan at 425 for 30-35 min. Let sit 5 min.
