One of five people rounded up New Years Eve in Bartonville on a drug case, was formally charged Thursday. 32 year old Robert Searle of Bartonville is charged with possession of meth. Searle was one of five people arrested after police arrived at Searle's home on a battery complaint call. Police claim they observed someone carry a backpack from the residence. Authorities say they found it contained items used to manufacture meth. A judge Thursday set Searle's bond at 20 thousand dollars.
