Bloomington Driver Pleads NOT GUILTY in DUI Case
A Bloomington driver, indicted in connection with a fatal accident which killed an ISU student, pleaded NOT GUILTY Friday. 20 year old Braiton Holloway is charged with aggravated DUI and is free on a half million dollar bond. Police say Holloway was driving under the influence when his car and another driven by Jacob Garber of Morton collided at Mitsubishi Parkway and West College Avenue. Holloway is back in court December 30th.
