A Canton teenager, charged in connection with vandalism at a local cemetery last month, pleaded NOT GUILTY Wednesday and waived his right to a preliminary hearing. Kolton Hamm was charged with unlawful defacing and unlawful entry after he allegedly damaged and removed headstones from the St. Joesph Cemetery. According to Fulton County authorities, more than 25 headstones were damaged during the incident. Hamm only faces charges in connection with four of those monuments. His next court appearance is October 7th.
