Cooking with Karissa: Game Day Dips

Karissa demonstrates a recipe for two game day dips.

Jalapeno Popper Dip:

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
2 ounces canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chiles and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture into a microwave safe serving dish, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
2. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 30 minutes instead of microwaving.

Buffalo Chicken Dip:

8 ounces cream cheese
1 12.5 ounce can drained chunk chicken (or 1 large shredded chicken breast)
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup hot wing sauce
8 ounces Colby Jack shredded cheese

Spread the cream cheese in a 8X8 pan. Layer the rest of ingredients on top of the cream cheese.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
