Scalloped Potatoes and Ham
1/4 c. Butter
1/4 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
2-3 medium size potatoes, sliced thin or cubed
Slices of ham
Salt and pepper
Melt the butter in a small sauce pan on the stove. Stir in flour and cook for a few minutes.
Slowly add in the milk, stirring constantly. Let thicken for about 5 minutes, then add the cheese.
Place a layer of potatoes in the bottom of a casserole dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour 1/3 of cheese sauce on potatoes.
Top with a few slices of ham. Layer until you have used all of the ingredients.
Top with extra shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until the potatoes are done (about 30-40 minutes)
