One of two Bartonville men, arrested last November in connection with a string of burglaries in Bartonville, was sentenced Thursday to eight years in prison, according to court records. 19 year old Jordan Ogle Thompson pleaded guilty in May to two counts of residential burglary and one count of burglary. According to court records, that 8 year sentence will run concurrently with two other cases against Thompson. Meantime, a second Bartonville man Kaaba Carter, who had been facing several counts of burglary, pleaded guilty last month to one count of residential burglary and will be sentenced August 14th.
