A Bloomington driver, indicted in connection with a fatal accident last month was released from jail Monday afternoon after a judge denied a motion to increase her bond on five counts of aggravated DUI. The county had asked to double the bond of 37 year old Jamie Webb. Police say Webb allegedly ran a red light while westbound on Empire near Main Street in Bloomington and struck a car, killing former ISU student Michael Collins and injuring three others. As part of her release, the judge set a 6pm to 6am curfew for Webb. She4's also facing several traffic citations as well. Webb is back in court May 7th.
