A Bloomington driver, whose car crashed into a Subway Restaurant last winter, was sentenced Thursday to probation but ordered to pay the restaurant 12 thousand dollars in damages. 30 year old Dozie Faust pleaded guilty Thursday to aggravated DUI while other traffic charges were dropped, including improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed, not wearing a seat belt, no valid drivers license and operating an uninsured vehicle. Police say Faust drove his van through the back of the building and at the time, Faust never had a drivers license.
