Cooking with Karissa: Apple Pie Egg Rolls

Karissa is in the kitchen with a tasty new recipe.
    2-3 Apples (peeled, cored and diced)
    1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
    1/3 c. Brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. Flour
    2 tsp. Cinnamon
    Pinch of salt
    10 to 12 Egg Roll Wrappers
    1 Tbsp Butter, melted

In a bowl, stir together the apples, lemon juice and brown sugar. Add the flour, Cinnamon and salt.

Add about 2 Tbs of filling in the center of egg roll wrapper. Fold bottom corner over and sides in. Roll tightly and seal the edge with water or beaten egg.

Fry each egg roll at 350° until golden brown. Or bake at 375° for 20 minutes, remove from oven and brush each egg roll with melted butter, then sprinkle each with cinnamon sugar. Return to the oven for 5 more minutes
