Cooking with Karissa: Parish's Family Corn Pudding

Karissa is in the kitchen with a new recipe.
4 eggs
1/3 c flour
1 ½ c milk
1- 15 oz cream style corn
½ c sugar
¼ stick margarine or butter melted
 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
 
Beat eggs in mixing bowl until frothy with a fork.  Add sugar, flour, melted butter, corn and milk.  Stir gently with a whip.  Some flour will not completely mix.  Pour into 1 ½ quart greased baking dish, or 8x8 square pan.  Start baking at 400 until bubbles around edges (usually 10-12 min).  Reduce to 350.  Bake for another 45 to 60 minutes or until set.  Stick a knife in it, when it comes out clean it is done.  You can always microwave a few minutes if it starts to get to brown.
