Former and current employees of the Par-A-Dice Casino in East Peoria can now participate in a wage and overtime lawsuit. A federal court in Las Vegas ruled Boyd Gaming employees can participate in a class action lawsuit claiming they didn't get overtime pay they deserved. Boyd Gaming owns Par-A-Dice, as well as 21 other properties nationwide. The law office, which filed the suit, alleges Boyd Gaming has been intentionally rounding down employees' working hours. Anyone employed from May of 2010 to May of 2013 is eligible to participate.
