Coupons are meant to save people a little money. But retailers say some shoppers are taking it too far. They're called Extreme Couponers and they can shave a grocery bill down to just a few dollars with creative use of coupons. Now, some stores are cracking down on the method.
Chains, such as Rite Aid, are limiting the number of identical coupons a shopper can use.
And Target is putting a stop to shoppers using two "buy one, get one" coupons to get both items free.
