A former employee of the McLean County Circuit Clerk's office was sentenced Thursday for tampering with public records. 38 year old Carin Hoye received two years non reportable probation and six months in jail. However, the judge said she doesn't have to do the jail time if she completes her community service hours. Hoye is alleged to have forged the signatures of two judges in order to recall warrants in two cases.
