A homeless teenager was in jail Friday night after being arrested Friday by East Peoria police for a Thursday night holdup at Culver's. According to a release from police, 18 year old Dominique Johnson was picked up shortly before noon Friday in the city overflow parking lot on Conference Center Drive. Police say the suspect, who was armed with a handgun, ordered people in the restaurant to get to the ground or stay where they were while he took an unknown amount of money and fled.
