Iowa Suspect in Alleged Luring Incident Released on NTA

Iowa Suspect in Alleged Luring Incident Released from Taz. County Jail on NTA

A Dubuque, Iowa man, arrested in Lincoln a day after a child was allegedly lured out of a Pekin Hardees, was released Tuesday from the Tazewell County jail on a notice to appear. 55 year old Thomas Anthony was picked up Monday after authorities say Anthony approached a young boy at the Lincoln Wal Mart. Pekin Police sought Anthony as a person of interest after a six year old boy was allegedly lured out of the Hardees in Pekin Sunday. Three men approached Anthony, took his picture and a picture of his truck and authorities were notified. Anthony was booked into jail on a misdemeanor disorderly conduct but has since been released to appear September 17th. The Tazewell County State's Attorney's office is still reviewing the case.
