Living Well Recipes: Summertime Broccoli-Grape Salad

A picnic perfect recipe to enjoy in these last few weeks of summer!
“Summertime Broccoli- Grape Salad”

Dressing Ingredients:
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
¼  cup Sugar

•Mix all ingredients and chill thoroughly.

Salad Ingredients:
1 each Medium bunch broccoli, cleaned and cut into small florets
1 cup Red seedless grapes, cut into halves
¼ cup Red onions, diced
½ cup Cooked bacon, crisp and chopped
¼ cup Golden raisins
¼ cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
As desired Honey roasted cashews

Preparation:
1. Toss the broccoli, grapes, onions, bacon and raisins in a medium sized bowl. Gently fold the dressing and vegetables together and chill.
2. Serve on chilled plates and sprinkle with cashews and the Parmesan cheese. Goes great as a side dish to your favorite cook-out foods!
