A Pekin man, indicted on several charges for a March weekend stabbing which sent three people to the hospital, was sentenced Thursday to six years in prison, according to court officials. 29 year old Andrew Bohnert pleaded guilty Thursday to home invasion, aggravated battery and criminal damage to property while an attempted murder charge was dropped as part of the plea. Those charges stem from a weekend incident in the 1500 block of Mechanic Street in March. Officers say they found three adults had been stabbed and another one had been punched in the face. One of the victims was serious enough he was taken into surgery. Police say the fight was the result of a domestic issue.
