Peoria Driver Indicted in Fatal Accident

An alleged drunk driver, who police say, was involved in a fatal motorcycle accident was indicted Tuesday on three counts of aggravated DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. Police claim 39 year old Marlon Coleman collided with a motorcycle driven by Daniel Cantrall just north of downtown Peoria last month which left Cantrall dead at the scene. Authorities say Coleman left the scene but was followed by a witness who notified police. According to court records, Coleman has been arrested twice since 1997 for DUI and convicted once. Coleman is due in court Thursday.
