Average retail gasoline prices in Peoria have fallen .4 cents per gallon in the past week, according to a news release issued Monday by GasBuddy.com. Prices were 7.4 cents per gallon lower than a year ago and 2.7 cents per gallon lower than a month ago. According to Senior Petroleum Analyst Patrick DeHaan, the national average by Memorial Day will be between 5 to 10 cents per gallon lower than today which would be lower than a year ago.
