Statements allegedly made to police by a former Baptist missionary , accused of murdering his wife on Valentine's Day last year in Peoria, can be used at his upcoming trial. That was the decision of a Peoria judge late Friday afternoon following a two day suppression hearing for Nathan Leuthold. He is charged with the shooting death of his wife, Denise, who was found dead in her parents' home on Mossville Road. Police believe Leuthold staged the murder to look like a burglary. Leuthold's trial has been pushed back to July.
