A Peoria man, arrested one day after Peoria Police warned residents in the Richwoods area about a rash of recent vehicle burglaries, was arraigned Thursday two days after being indicted for one burglary. 28 year old Joshua L. Frye was arrested for a car burglary in the 1000 block of Lake and for being a registered sex offender on Peoria Park District property. Police say they continue to investigate the rash of break ins which stretch from McClure north between Knoxville and University to War Memorial Drive between Northmoor and University. Frye is back in court May 8th.
