Another sign that fall is just around the corner today, Tanners Orchard is officially open for the season.
The apple orchard opened today and is giving out free apple cider and donuts for the opening week.
This is the 67th season for the orchard.
Tanners sports more than 11,000 trees and 17 types of apples.
The orchard currently has Lodi apples, peaches, blueberries, and baked goods.
"With a crop, like you know, any kind of crop, you can't guarantee what will be ready, at what time, it just matters on the weather. September, the you-pick will be open for apples, and then a little later in September, we'll have pumpkins," said Jennifer Tanner, Co-owner.
For the rest of July and August, Tanners Orchard will be open from eight in the morning until five in the evening Monday through Saturday.
