Three Arrested for Selling Alcohol to Minors

ISP Conducted Alcohol Counter-measure Enforcement Surveillance.

PEORIA COUNTY – Three people are arrested in Peoria County for selling alcohol to minors.

The arrests come after an Alcohol Counter-measure enforcement, or ACE, surveillance conducted by Illinois State Police.

ISP conducted the surveillance Tuesday evening at 27 locations in Peoria County.

Jacqueline Sturgis, who works at American Iron Horse in Bartonville, Paul Edwards of the Bartonville Party Shoppe, and Santam Singh, who works at Peoria Heights’ BP Station, were all arrested.

They face a Class A misdemeanor for unlawful delivery of alcohol liquor to a minor.

All were released on a notice to appear in court.
