WMBD/WYZZ-TV - FARMINGTON, Ill. - It's always a big deal when Farmington and Elmwood-Brimfield clash in football.
Friday's game may be especially big.
"I'm always ready to play Elmwood," said Farmington senior tight end Kyle Harmon. "Sometimes I play my best game so I'll be ready to play."
First place in the Prairieland Conference will be on the line when the Farmers (4-1) host the state-ranked Trojans (5-0).
"You look at the schedule and circle that game as a big one," said Elmwood-Brimfield junior noseguard Nick McCoy. " It's the one everyone wants to win the most."
Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. Friday.
