Governor Seeks Appeal at Illinois Supreme Court
Illinois Governor Pat Quinn is appealing a judge's decision last week to re instate lawmakers pay. Wednesday afternoon, Quinn filed a motion to fast track his appeal by sending it directly to the Illinois Supreme Court, bypassing a decision by the Illinois Appellate Court.
