Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White announced Thursday he wants to stay on the job. White announced he's seeking a fifth term in office. The 79 year old says he's proud of the road safety inititatives he's helped implement but has more he would like to achieve. One policy he says he wants to expand is the state's Breath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device program to further deter drunk driving.
