ISU Student Identified in Fatal Crash

NORMAL - An ISU student is dead after a Sunday morning car crash.
NORMAL - An ISU student is dead after a fatal car crash early Sunday morning.
McLean County Coroner Beth Kimmerling says 20-year-old Jacob Garber of Morton was pronounced dead shortly after 6:00 A.M. Sunday.
An hour earlier, crews responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of College Ave. and Mitsubishi Motorway in Normal.
Garber was driving alone at the time of the crash.
Three people in the other vehicle were rushed to the hospital, but their status is unknown.
The coroner will perform an autopsy tomorrow.
