Judge Finds Peorian Guilty in Drug Trafficking Case
A Peoria man, indicted in 2011 for allegedly trafficking large amounts of marijuana was found guilty Tuesday following a bench trial. A judge rather than a jury convicted Kevin K. McGee of marijuana trafficking and unlawful possession with intent to deliver marijuana. Police claim they found 200 pounds of marijuana worth about $200,000 on the street at his home. McGee, who could face from 12 to 60 years in prison, will be sentenced December 5th.
