Library Serving as Hub For Lost Pictures, Documents

Hundreds collected already.
MORTON - The strong winds of Washington’s tornado blew some people's belongings hundreds of miles away and now there’s one central location for victims to reconnect with them.

The Morton Public Library is acting as a hub to collect hundreds of lost photos and documents. Volunteers are cataloguing each find and posting them on a Facebook album, in hopes returning them to their owner.

"Most of the time when people come in you can just see on their face that they're just, it's shock and awe they get goose bumps because they're seeing something that was theirs traveled 150 miles," said volunteer Laura Ruff.

You can find all of those photos and documents posted on the Morton Public Library webiste.
