A boost of fresh flavor for your fish!
Tilapia with Lime-Mint Salsa
Serves 4

4 each tilapia fillets
Salt and pepper to taste
Lime-Mint Salsa (recipe follows)

Season tilapia with salt and pepper.
Cook fish until done. (bake or saut)
Serve with Salsa


Lime-Mint Salsa

1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
1 each lime supremes, small diced and juiced
2 each tomatoes, small diced
red onion, small diced
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients together. Mix well.
