Oregon man pleads NOT GUILTY in Fulton County drug case.
  An Oregon man , one of two men arrested following a major drug bust at Ingersoll Airport in Canton last May, pleaded NOT GUILTY in Peoria federal court. 46 year old John Busche of Bend, Oregon was charged with conspiracy to distribute marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He'll be back in court November 17th for a detention hearing. He and 54 year old Leon Hamilton of Dahinda were arrested acting on a tip from U S Custom officials. Police say they confiscated 78 pounds of pot from an airplane enroute from Oregon to North Carolina. The drug has a street value of nearly half million dollars. Hamilton is back in federal court December 8th. Both men still faces charges in Fulton County.
