A Pontiac man, accused of murdering his mother and brother in August, pleaded NOT GUILTY Tuesday to a Livingston County grand jury indictment. 27 year old Cody Hetherington is facing four counts of murder for the shooting deaths of his mother, Jean Corrice and brother, Tyler Friant. Both were found dead inside the Palamar Hotel in Pontiac. The judge Tuesday also ordered Hetherington to turn over his fingerprints to prosecutors. If convicted, he faces up to life in prison.
