There's a new place to get your hair cut in Central Illinois.

Sport Clips opened its first shop in Bloomington along Veterans Parkway Friday.

Employees say business has been great in Peoria, where it opened up shop last year. Many of the staff have worked in the business for years, and specialize in men's styles.

They say Bloomington is an ideal market for them to expand.
"There's just a lot of really large companies in this area, colleges. It's just a really populated community where we just felt this would fit in perfectly,” said Honey Kohne, a stylist at Sports Clips.

For the first two weeks sports, clips will offer discounted MPV haircuts for $13, which includes a hot towel treatment and neck massage.
