Two Tazewell County residents were indicted Thursday in connection with an April robbery of a Washington jewelry store. 27 year old Nicholas Eagan of Washington is charged with aggravated robbery and unlawful restraint while 23 year old Justine Mooberry of Marquette Heights is charged with aggravated robbery. Police believe she drove the getaway car and helped pawn the stolen jewelry. Eagan is accused of using a pellet gun to rob the business and tie up the owner before taking diamond rings. Mooberry is back in court June 23rd while a warrant has been issued for Eagan.
