A Henry County judge Monday sentenced a Toulon driver, convicted of reckless homicide and aggravated DUI, to 12 years in prison on the DUI charge. The judge is reserving sentence for Morgan Blakey on the reckless homicide charge while the matter is under appeal. Blakey was charged in connection with a fatal accident which killed three of his classmates nearly two years ago. Prosecutors claim Blakey had inhaled the contents of an aerosol dust cleaning product and passed out shortly before the crash. Killed in the wreck were Levi Berg, Kelsey Clifford and Bradley Wood Junior of Stark County High School.
