James Jaquart of Wisconsin is charged with first degree murder and armed robbery. His brother, Alexander Jacquart, faces the same charges. Both men remain in Dewitt County Jail.
The charges stem from the death of 21-year-old Blayne Benefield. Benefield's body was found early Saturday morning in an alley near downtown Farmer City.
According to the Dewitt County State's Attorney, the brothers were working with a traveling amusement company.
The body was discovered during the Heritage Days Festival. Bail for the Jacquart brothers is set at $1,000,000 each.
