Two rural Secor residents, each charged in connection with the death of a 74 year old rural Secor man, appeared Friday in separate courtrooms in separate counties. 23 year old Rayshawn Johnson was arraigned in Woodford County on a seven count indictment charging him with murder, dismembering a human body and concealing the homicide of Oakley Mitchell. Mitchell's remains were found in both Woodford and McLean Counties. Johnson is in court again October 9th. Mitchell's caretaker, 24 year old Vishawn Mills was in McLean County court on a charge of concealing a homicide. She requested a change in judges and her next court date was set for September 26th.
