WASHINGTON -Trooper Dustin Pierce tells WMBD there are no fatalities.

They are asking non emergency crews to stay away from the area. 

They are not asking for anymore volunteer help today. 

Police warn that anyone who doesn't need to be in the area should stay away due  to the volume of damage.

The National Guard is coming in to provide assistance. 

People in Washington are being told to conserve their water due to several water main breaks.

Washington Middle School, Washington High School, and Crossroads Methodist Church are all serving as shelters. 

Five Points Washington no longer has power and will no longer be serving as a shelter.

There will be no school tomorrow for District 50, 51, 52, 308, and St. Patrick's Grade School.

State Police say that injured people should seek help at the Washington Fire Department or Illini Medical at 201 N. Cummings.

The American Red Cross tells WMBD that the Washington Fire Department is requesting residents who've lost their homes head to Five Points Washington for assistance. 

A help center is also set up at the Cherry Street Shopping Center. 

Washington Middle School is providing food and shelter to victims. 

The Red Cross is mobilizing operations out of the Peoria Chapter to respond. 

Volunteers are bringing water and food to Washington to help those affected by the devastating storm.
