Kim Thomas from Trailside Gardens with Yellow Jellybean Grape Tomato Salad

Chop up and mix:

Balsamic vinegar

Tomatoes

Onion

Basil

Green pepper

 

Toss all together and eat fresh and raw as a salad.  OR you can roast the mixture at 250 degrees for about 15 - 20 minutes.
