We have the chance for some isolated showers and thunderstorms this evening and through the overnight hours. Some of us will stay dry. Mostly cloudy and muggy conditions will persist, with overnight lows dropping into the mid to upper 60s.
More storm chances will come through central Illinois tomorrow with the passing of a cold front. These will be scattered, but slightly more widespread that what we saw today. Humidity will be high, and temperatures will reach into the low 80s.
Once the Monday rains are through our area, Tuesday is looking to bring back some drier conditions. We will have lower humidity and plenty of sunshine, with highs in the upper 70s. Winds will pick up, coming from the north at around 10-15 mph for a breezy afternoon.
