EAST PEORIA, Ill. — If the offensive line develops this fall, the East Peoria offense could be one that lights up scoreboards.
The Raiders are young on the line but return experience at quarterback, running back and wide receiver. In fact, QB Tristan Westbay enters his third year as a starter.
“I am confident. We have some play makers, we are going to be able to put up some points this year. I am very confident with the guys we’ve got, they are disciplined and willing work hard,” Westbay said. “We are going to be able to hit holes hard. We are going to be quick.”
East Peoria, which went 1-8 last year, opens the season Friday night at Streator.
