Annie Kate is a storyteller at heart. She graduated with honors from Loyola University Chicago in May 2020. Annie started her journalism career as a multimedia journalist (MMJ) at WMBD/WYZZ. For the better part of 2021, she worked on the morning shows, independently performing live shots and covering breaking news. She transitioned to a digital role in early 2022.
Annie is the executive producer of the documentary film “We Are Tuvalu,” which has aired in over 50 countries. Other work includes The Borgen Project and Her Campus LUC.
